About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to partner with internal sales consultants, clients, prospects and internal departments to provide support.

Requirements

  • Associate degree and one (1) year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as plan documents, agreements, procedures manuals and technical procedures.
  • Must be an independent contributor, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Must be proactive in problem identification and resolution.
  • Must have existing knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications with the emphasis on Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be comfortable with the use of web-based applications.
  • Must be familiar with and proficient in contact management software.

  • Possess an understanding of the retirement plan industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendar for assigned consultants including travel, and client meetings.
  • Use the CRM system as a tool for maintaining calendars and scheduling tasks.
  • Contact clients and outside advisors to schedule annual plan review meetings and employee education meetings.
  • Make travel arrangements for consultant including air flights, car rentals and hotel reservations.
  • Prepare annual plan review materials and employee education materials as requested.
  • Manage the completion of outcomes from annual review meetings with clients with other teams and advisors, as needed.
  • Assist consultants with managing the onboarding of new clients to EPIC RPS.
  • Gather and coordinate signatures on all new client paperwork.
  • Maintain sales and consulting office equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist Internal Sales Consultant while out of office or with special projects.
  • Assist with planning special client events if needed.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
