Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
- Responsible for taking great pride in his or her work and the cleanliness of the casino/restaurant floor.
Responsibilities
- Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas and casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and complete inspection forms and reports as required.
- Assist in the completion of Team Member evaluations as outlined in Company policy.
- Report facility problems and required preventive maintenance.
- Assist in the training of all assigned Internal Maintenance Team Members regarding OSHA standards and regulations and document and submit records documenting training to the Internal Maintenance Manager.
- Determine times for deep cleaning in public and casino areas and assign duties to ensure completion.
- As a supervisor, you are also expected to be there for your team, enable and empower them to perform, own your operation or shift, and build caring and trusting relationships with your people.
