Fitometry Health Club is seeking an Internal Go-To-Market (GTM) Marketing Specialist to own how our services, programs, and experiences are introduced, positioned, and activated inside the club. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of launch & promotion strategy, member experience, and operational execution—and wants to apply true GTM thinking in a dynamic, people-first environment. This role requires a marketer with proven strategic experience assessing opportunities and building effective GTM campaigns that directly drive member engagement and revenue. THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL DIGITAL OR SOCIAL MEDIA ROLE. This position is hyper-focused on internal GTM execution across the member journey—ensuring the right message reaches the right member at the right moment using Fitometry’s internal channels and frontline teams. The ideal candidate understands how to take an offering from concept to launch, align teams around it, and drive adoption through intentional education, internal promotions, and engagement. What Makes This Role Unique Unlike a B2B SaaS GTM role focused on external lead generation, this position applies GTM discipline to a membership-based fitness ecosystem. Your “market” is our existing and prospective members. Your “product launches” are services like personal training, small group training, recovery modalities, challenges, and new experiences. Your success is measured by engagement, utilization, upgrades, and retention. Primary tools include: - Email and SMS campaigns - App notifications - In-club digital tools (TVs, consoles, signage) - Staff-facing messaging, scripts, and education
