Our offices are central hubs for communication, connection, and collaboration—destinations where customers, Claymates, and community come together. We're passionate about creating an awesome environment for our Claymates to thrive—our Workplace Experience team plays a massive role here through real estate, office and facilities management, and of course, events! Clay is already a cool place to work, but we're building out the Workplace Experience team to push the bar even further and create something truly special that you are scaling across the globe as we expand. We're looking for an Internal Events Coordinator who will plan, design, and execute memorable experiences for our team across all three offices. From weekly team celebrations, happy hours, to large-scale company retreats, you'll bring creativity, attention to detail, and operational excellence to every event. You'll work closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and vendors to create moments that strengthen our culture and bring Claymates together.
