The Events Coordinator will be working 50% of their time as a marketing professional who promotes POA Restaurants on social channels. The other 50% of the role will coordinate events at the POA, with most events taking place at Food & Beverage locations and other event locations owned and operated by the POA. This position performs administrative, logistical, marketing, and project management tasks for the Bella Vista POA, with a focus on the Food & Beverage Department growth and outcome. Incumbent must have the ability to work in a problem-solving, solution-focused environment. Will be responsible for attending department meetings, creating marketing material for the F&B restaurants, arranging vendors, coordinating entertainment bookings, invoicing and overseeing the internal events calendar. Must have experience working in highly collaborative environments, must be a great listener, self-motivated, organized and meticulous. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to work some evenings and some weekend events. Enthusiastic candidates, please apply.
