The US Communications team supports the commercial outcomes of HSBC’s businesses and strengthens the firm’s reputation with key stakeholders. Within the US Communications team, the internal communications function is focused on strengthening leadership visibility, strategic clarity, and colleague engagement across the US, with a particular emphasis on enabling senior executives to lead through modern, high-impact communications. A core priority is delivering a cohesive communications program that makes effective use of a broad range of channels, platforms, and formats to reach colleagues in more dynamic and engaging ways. Reporting to the US Head of Internal Communications, the Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for supporting and executing impactful, creative and insight-led internal communications strategies that align with the strategic priorities of HSBC’s US business and strengthen employee advocacy and engagement.
