Job Purpose The Manager of Internal Communications is responsible for shaping ABBYY’s employer brand, fostering employee engagement, and driving a cohesive internal communications strategy. This role ensures that ABBYY’s culture, values, and EVP (Employer Value Proposition) are effectively communicated both internally and externally. As a strategic partner to leadership, this individual will advise executives on communication best practices, employer branding initiatives, and workforce engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between HR, Communications, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition.
