As a Manager of Internal Communications, you will be an integral member of the CA&C team supporting the Global Commercial Services (GCS) and Global Merchant Network Services (GMNS) divisions. GCS serves millions of business customers around the world by offering payment and cashflow tools that make it easy for them to manage their financial and payment needs. GMNS brings together American Express' merchant and network-related businesses, including the relationship management of American Express-accepting merchants as well as partners in countries and territories that deliver card acceptance, issuance, and innovation. In this role, you will apply your proven strategic communications expertise to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate internal communications programs that support and sustain a high performing culture within our teams. You will be responsible for reinforcing the overall B2B strategy through thoughtful storytelling and colleague-facing communications. Additionally, you will provide communications support, as needed, to GCS and GMNS Executives. This position will work directly for the Vice President of Internal and Executive Communications and will work closely across Corporate Affairs & Communications (CA&C) and business unit Leadership.
