The Internal Communications Manager for Layton Construction is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that inform, engage, and align employees with the organization’s goals, culture, and priorities. This role partners closely with executive leadership, HR, and marketing to ensure clear, consistent, and compelling messaging across all internal channels. This position supports communication efforts across the STO Building Group’s western region, including Layton Construction, Structure Tone Southwest, and Abbott Construction. The role also leads internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, training communications, and key employee and community events. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of HR, with no direct reports.
