Trimble is looking for a dynamic intern to dive into high-impact projects, from launching global internal email campaigns to helping implement our brand-new employer value proposition, all while using cutting-edge AI and design tools! You will gain hands-on mastery of a professional tech stack—including Google Analytics, Canva, and AI tools—while owning the lifecycle of content from initial writing and design to final performance tracking.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, professional, and friendly messaging.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.
• Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, LumApps or Workshop.
• Experience or interest in using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics or digital communication trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging email campaigns and digital communications that reach a global audience.
• Write and edit compelling content for diverse platforms, ensuring a consistent and inclusive brand voice.
• Manage content creation requests and coordinate content creation intake, including scheduling and leading initial meetings to define project requirements and collect necessary wireframe documentation for new Charlie content.
• Assist with posting to news and community spaces, including editing and/or creating communications and posting on behalf of others.
• Help track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
• Support the implementation of the employer value proposition project to enhance Trimble’s global brand identity.
