About The Position

The Internal Communications & Change Associate is a highly organized, hands-on professional responsible for the day-to-day internal communications and support of Sensiba’s organizational systems and process changes. This role supports the Director Corporate Technology in executing organizational system changes and launches, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring high levels of user engagement across our internal teams. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving problems and helping others navigate change. For Sensiba, Organizational Systems include the platforms and tools our internal teams use to collaborate, communicate, and deliver value across Tax, Audit, Consulting, GRC, and Advisory. Sensiba has grown rapidly through partner-led expansion and acquisition, resulting in over 155 platforms and tools, highly autonomous partners, and multiple business models, creating both complexity and opportunity. To be successful in this role, you have demonstrated experience owning and executing internal communications in support of technology transformation, or organizational change initiatives. You are customer obsessed, curious, and comfortable learning new systems. You will join a cross-functional team that owns, improves, and executes the processes that surround our technology to ensure maximum adoption. You will: Partner closely with the People (HR) function as a key stakeholder to align change communications, training and adoption efforts across the firm Execute the communications strategy and delivery for the firm Work with key stakeholders across the firm to design, coordinate and deliver clear, consistent messaging and high-quality assets Leveraging internal communications channels (primarily Slack, with supporting content in Confluence and other platforms) as strategic vehicles to drive awareness, understanding and engagement with key initiatives across the firm Monitor and analyze engagement data of our internal communication channels to identify opportunities to increase adoption, refine messaging and better target internal communications Strengthen the relationship between corporate teams and the technology function by being a responsive, reliable first point of contact for questions about system and process changes Support the Director Corporate Technology to turn strategic priorities into clear tasks, timelines, and checklists

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in an internal communications / employee engagement associate role
  • Experience working with modern business tools (e.g., Slack, Confluence, CRM, workflow, ticketing, and analytics platforms)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple small tasks and priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to simplify information and write user-friendly guides
  • Comfortable learning new tools and platforms; strong general technical aptitude
  • Basic analytical skills – able to work with spreadsheets, simple reports, and dashboards
  • Attention to detail in documentation, data entry, and follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to craft clear, audience-appropriate communications that support organizational change initiatives, with thoughtful consideration of tone, timing, and sequencing.
  • Ability to quickly develop a working understanding of new systems, tools, or processes and translate complex or technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly communications.
  • Strong service orientation with a focus on improving employee experience and driving adoption of tools and processes through thoughtful communication and support.
  • Intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement mindset; proactively asks questions, seeks feedback, and identifies opportunities to enhance processes or communication effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Translate strategy and decisions into clear, timely, and actionable communications
  • Design, draft and publish internal communications across multiple channels (e.g., Slack, Confluence, Town Halls)
  • Design and maintain communications calendars, messaging frameworks and communication plans that align corporate technology, organizational systems and change, and firm-wide priorities.
  • Partner with Strategic Operations and People (HR) to ensure communications are: Consistent in tone and narrative Sequenced to minimise change fatigue Tailored to different audiences (Partners, Managers, Corporate Teams)
  • Create, coordinate and execute internal campaigns that support adoption and proper use of operational systems
  • Help create and maintain simple project plans and checklists for system changes and small initiatives
  • Track tasks, due dates, and owners; follow up to ensure activities stay on schedule
  • Schedule meetings, capture notes, and maintain basic project documentation (e.g., decisions, actions, status updates)
  • Assist with identifying and escalating potential risks or issues to the Director Corporate Technology
  • Support post-implementation reviews by gathering feedback and summarizing key learnings
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a first-line point of contact for questions about assigned organizational systems and process changes
  • Assist with creating and updating how-to guides, FAQs, and quick reference materials to help users' self-serve
  • Help coordinate and facilitate training sessions (e.g., scheduling, logistics, follow-up materials)
  • Collect and organize user feedback and share themes with the Director Corporate Technology
  • Regularly track and report on metrics of success such as active user rates, feature utilization, and login frequency across core platforms
  • Identify patterns in user behavior to pinpoint which departments are ‘super users’ and which may require additional training communications
  • Maintain an organized database of technology vendors, contracts, and renewal dates to help reduce system sprawl
  • Coordinate meetings between internal stakeholders and external vendor Account Managers
  • Work with relevant teams to structure and maintain knowledge in a way that supports self-service, reduced dependency on 1:1 support, and faster onboarding to new tools and processes
