The Change Communications Supervisor plays a key role in supporting organizational change by developing and delivering clear, consistent, and strategic communications for both internal and external audiences. This role partners closely with the Change Management team, project leaders, and cross functional stakeholders to translate complex initiatives into engaging, audience appropriate messaging. The Change Communications Supervisor oversees communication planning, content creation, and channel strategy to ensure employees, partners, and external stakeholders understand upcoming changes, their impacts, and the actions required. They also monitor communication effectiveness, identify opportunities to improve clarity and engagement, and help maintain alignment across all touchpoints throughout the change lifecycle. As a member of the Organizational Change Management team, the Change Communications Supervisor reports to the Manager, Change and Communications and serves as a partner to OpCo communications teams and executive leadership (VP and above), providing support, feedback, and guidance on key communication initiatives. The Change Communications Supervisor oversees communication planning, content creation, and channel strategy to ensure employees, partners, and external stakeholders understand upcoming changes, their impacts, and the actions required. They also monitor communication effectiveness, identify opportunities to improve clarity and engagement, and help maintain alignment across all touchpoints throughout the change lifecycle. This role is also responsible for crisis communications as they relate to the EVOLVE and OBE programs, along with cutover communications. In-Office Requirement: Required in-office presence at least 4 days per week at one of the corporate office locations in Tempe, AZ , Hanover, MD or Jacksonville, FL.
