The Senior Manager, Employee Communications and Engagement plays a key role in shaping how Klaviyo connects employees to our mission, priorities, and the impact we create for our customers. This role sits within the broader Communications, Workplace and Experiences team, working cross-functionally to help ensure employees understand where the company is headed, how their work contributes to our success, and the difference Klaviyo makes for our customers. The Senior Manager drives the strategy behind internal storytelling and employee engagement campaigns that bring company priorities, cultural initiatives, and People and Places programs to life. Through thoughtful communications and engaging employee experiences, this role helps strengthen alignment, build connection, and reinforce the culture that makes Klaviyo unique. We’re looking for someone who approaches internal communications like a builder. Someone who cares deeply about craft, isn’t afraid to experiment with new formats or ideas, and thrives in a fast moving environment where clarity, creativity, and ownership matter.
