About The Position

The Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting a series of on-site brand protection assessments. You will be responsible for accurately scoring that systems, processes and procedures meet quality standards. The Internal Auditor position is a stepping stone to advancing your career and becoming a Tidal Wave Site Leader.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or consulting role, preferably within a multi-site retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and KPI management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct site assessments, identify issues, and communicate solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence systematic decisions.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • 2+ years of experience in an operational leadership in hospitality industry or car wash industry
  • Experience with site management and team coaching.
  • This role requires frequent travel to various site locations within the assigned region.
  • 100% travel required
  • Position requires a current and valid Drivers License
  • Must have a good driving record
  • To be considered for this role you must reside in one of the following States: Minnesota, West Virginia or Florida

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards

Responsibilities

  • Site Assessments and Compliance Complete regular site visits to ensure adherence to Tidal Wave's standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform a minimum of one site assessment per month for each site in the region, providing feedback and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify non-compliance issues and areas of improvement within the organization Reporting of findings and recommendations to management
  • Verify that all regulatory requirements are being met
