As an Internal Accounts Coordinator based in Chesterfield you’ll be responsible for: Effectively managing the National Contractors telephone enquiries, email inboxes and procurement portals to ensure customer requirements are met and orders are fulfilled efficiently.Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries and processing sales. Assisting the sales team with preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing sales documentation. Utilising the pillar sales specialists. Serving as a key point of contact for National Contractors regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Maintaining up-to-date records of customer accounts, sales activities, and communications in Salesforce systems. Proactively addressing and resolving any issues or complaints from customers, escalating to Account Managers when necessary. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales coordinator or sales administrator role
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational and proactive skills
  • A confident telephone manner

Responsibilities
