As an Internal Account Manager, you'll collaborate closely with regional teams to support key System Integrators and IT Distributors. You'll manage relationships, execute projects, and champion business development through insightful market analysis and targeted action plans. This role includes customer visits, industry events, and hands-on engagement with end-users. Success demands sharp sales acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering results in the tech ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably working with System Integrators or IT Distributors.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Solutions a plus.
  • Preferred experience with Zoominfo and MS Dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Channel Growth : Activate and expand the partner ecosystem by promoting Panduit solutions, winning new projects, and converting competitor business.
  • Partner Engagement : Build strong relationships with distributors and system integrators, providing tailored support and identifying new opportunities.
  • Customer Collaboration : Conduct regular visits with key partners and end-users to align on growth strategies and boost sales.
  • Strategic Analysis : Assess client portfolios, track development activities, and follow up to ensure progress and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Account Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver impactful campaigns and seamless execution.
  • CRM Admin : Maintain accurate, timely data in CRM systems, follow up on leads, and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Reporting & Planning : Deliver actionable business development reports and market insights, and design growth plans to increase revenue across channels.

  • Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan.
