About The Position

Primary Job Function:

Making operator instructions for sheet metal fabrication/stamping area.
Making profile templates using GD&T to reduce in process inspection time for production parts.
Updating part/component pictures in the ERP system (Syteline).
Work with engineers to perform project tasks and track status.
Work with quality inspectors and keeping track on the inspection gages.
Create and update Production Control Documents (PCD).
Learn and operate Romer equipment when needed.
Must be willing to rotate thru Engineering, Quality, Launch, Estimating and Program management departments.
Perform other engineering and quality projects/assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a Junior, Senior or recent graduate of Engineering from accredited college.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills
• Solid works proficiency preferred / AutoCad is acceptable
• Understanding of basic SPC
• Strong mechanical abilities
• Basic Knowledge of manufacturing concepts
• Must be a good communicator
• Enthusiastic, cooperative, and positive behavior work effectively in a team environment.
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must have own transportation
• Ability to travel when requested
