Requirements
- Attending high school or college
- Any work experience
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues both individually and with end users
- Willing and able to learn new skills and adapt to change often
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
Responsibilities
- Assisting the director in upgrading Windows 10 computers to Windows 11
- Research and resolve issues for both hardware and software
- Document steps taken
- Writing or updating run books for other technicians to use for future issues
