Job Description Summary: Responsibilities And Duties: Project Coordination: Assists management and other staff in completion of various projects and long-term assignments. Information Gathering: Aids staff by gathering pertinent information to complete a project or task assigned. Information is gathered from internal and external sources such as the Internet. Responsible for compiling information gathered into a presentation format. Provides other assistance and completes assignments specific to department as directed by management. Develop and assist in the implementation of communication plans, including writing support and tactic implementation. Support internal events as needed. Develop and update the OhioHealth intranet. Manage design projects through our project management system. Participate in team meetings and workshops. Ability to work across teams and departments on various projects. As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
