Internship Program: We are seeking motivated interns for multiple departments for the summer of 2026. Selected candidates will be matched with assignments based on course studies and business needs. Paid internships will be available in the following areas: sales, finance, marketing, human resources, insurance, data management, and operations. Depending on department, these positions will either be remote or hybrid out of our Malvern, PA location.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program.
• Students that are graduating in 2027 or 2028 preferred but not required.
• Availability to work 35 hours/week.
• Will consider less if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with daily tasks and ongoing projects specific to their department.
• Shadow professionals on the team.
• Work with other interns on a group project throughout the summer.
• Other duties as assigned, appropriate to their assigned department.
