We are seeking an exceptional Intern, Training & QA Technology professional to fill this role, based in our Fort Lauderdale office. The Training & QA Technology Intern is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of an AI-driven project aimed at improving service levels within the Customer Service organization. This role involves assisting in the design, testing, and deployment of AI solutions that enhance training effectiveness and quality assurance processes. The intern will work closely with the Senior Manager, Deployment Strategy Operations & Quality Assurance, as well as cross-functional teams in Training, QA, and Technology, to achieve project objectives.
