All internship positions are designed to give college students an opportunity to apply techniques learned in an academic setting while obtaining new skills. This is a paid internship offering full-time hours during the summer months. All interns are required to conclude the program by giving a formal presentation on their work. Please note that no relocation assistance or sponsorship is provided for the internship program at this time. Position Summary: This role will be working in the Quality Assurance department and will assist with various Quality System tasks and projects. This position is a good fit for an individual that is detail oriented and is looking to gain exposure to medical device industry practices.

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree relevant to the internship in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences
• Must have completed (at minimum) the sophomore year of college
• Must be able to work full-time during the duration of the internship program
• Must be able to learn and work in new electronic systems
• Must be comfortable using PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Must be able to work efficiently and collaboratively in teams
• Must be able to communicate via MS Teams and email in a professional and technical manner
• Must be able to read and understand process workflows
• Must have strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Work on various Quality System process improvement projects
• Use electronic databases (eQMS; LMS) to gather data and provide metrics
• Assist with logging, scanning, and archival of quality records
