About The Position

Provide Quality Assurance Support for the development of an Optical Inspection Instrument that can do Final inspections using Optical technology using localized and remote methodologies.

Requirements

Working towards a Bachelors of Science in an Engineering Discipline.
Being able to work 15 hours per week and maintain College workload
Good technical writing skills
Good organization skills with superb attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of Python programming language code is desirable.
Electronics experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist the Quality Assurance department with programming an optical inspection instrument.
Assist and follow the assigned Quality Engineer towards completing the project.
Other Quality Engineering tasks may be assigned as needed.
Ability to work flexible hours and/or different shifts, as required.
Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, State and Federal Regulations.
As the Company’s success relies on the productivity of our team and adherence to customer product schedules, an essential function of this position is the ability to arrive to work on-time, and work each day, as scheduled.
