Assisting with various projects, data analysis to report new issues and compile power points for reporting to management, product engineers, and BMW & MINI Dealerships. Communication of technical and non-technical information to dealerships, e.g. Newsletters, Service Roundtable videos, Podcasts. Prep of internal and dealer meetings. Evaluation of the service process and work to improve efficiency and create improved forms of information delivery to our customers. Organization for Premium Diagnosis improvement; working with Munich on various test plan topics. Work in our national workshop including doing measurements on the vehicles. Support Product Engineers with ISTA vehicle programing verification in diagnosing/evaluating vehicles.
