Requirements

  • Must be pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Aviation management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Must have a minimum of 12 semester hours in core degree course work
  • Individual should be a rising junior (at minimum) when internship begins
  • Must be available for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026
  • Work related travel may be required, individuals must be able to travel without any restrictions, including internationally
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or at any point in the future

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Project Support: Support key workstreams across the Tech Ops portfolio by assisting with project coordination activities to help ensure alignment with organizational goals. Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and tracking tools to support successful project execution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance Support: Collaborate with project team members to support alignment and progress toward project objectives. Assist with governance-related activities by helping track actions, prepare materials, and support documentation to promote project accountability.
  • Business Case & Analysis Support: Assist with business case development and cross-functional Tech Ops projects by gathering relevant data, identifying key factors, and supporting basic analyses. Contribute to identifying potential opportunities for operational improvements and documenting findings.
  • Communication & Insight Delivery: Support the development of the Tech Ops narrative by helping organize information and align initiatives with organizational priorities. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and leadership updates to clearly communicate project progress, insights, and recommendations.
