TEAM DESCRIPTION: The Sales Strategy team is the driving force behind operational, strategic, and tactical execution for the business. We are trusted strategic advisors that partner with our Sales Leaders to execute strategic initiatives, build business cases, and drive revenue growth. Our team deploys a mix of strategy, operations, and analytics to deliver exceptional service to our business partners with focus on fostering growth, enhancing productivity, and driving profitability. We sit at the intersection of the most pressing issues for the business and serve as “strategic coaches” to our Sales Leaders. We support the Sales teams in setting the right goals and ensuring they have the tools to achieve them. The pace and environment feel more like a start-up than a big corporation.
