TEAM DESCRIPTION: The Sales Strategy team is the driving force behind operational, strategic, and tactical execution for the business. We are trusted strategic advisors that partner with our Sales Leaders to execute strategic initiatives, build business cases, and drive revenue growth. Our team deploys a mix of strategy, operations, and analytics to deliver exceptional service to our business partners with focus on fostering growth, enhancing productivity, and driving profitability. We sit at the intersection of the most pressing issues for the business and serve as “strategic coaches” to our Sales Leaders. We support the Sales teams in setting the right goals and ensuring they have the tools to achieve them. The pace and environment feel more like a start-up than a big corporation. Requirements

  • You are a current Junior (rising Senior) pursuing a Bachelor's degree (graduating December 2026 or Spring 2027); Business, Economics or STEM backgrounds are a plus but not required
  • You are a self-starter and have a bias towards ownership and action (i.e., going beyond the task at hand)
  • You are solutions-oriented and passionate about solving problems using data
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and will enjoy working collaboratively with other teams
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
  • PowerPoint / Google slide presentation building skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid change environment
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up paced environment
  • Complex and creative problem-solving ability
  • A team player, with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver excellence
  • Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and driven to make an impact on the business

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship experience a plus
  • SQL experience a plus
  • Experience with data visualization (e.g., Tableau) a plus
