Intern, Talent Operations
About The Position
AGA is seeking an intern to join its Talent Operations (Human Resources) team to support learning and development efforts, including leadership development, Learning Management System (LMS) strategy and additional efforts. The Talent Operations intern can expect to work collaboratively with AGA staff while identifying e-learning content and helping to develop learning paths for our new LMS, drafting employee resources, managing logistics and engaging in various learning and development efforts. AGA professional staff will provide mentoring and assistance with professional development skills.
Requirements
- excellent communicators
- comfortable with Microsoft Suite programs
- eager to learn and expand their skillsets
- Relevant backgrounds might include human resources, education, or business
