We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support our Talent Acquisition team in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent at Premier Inc. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle and provides a strong foundation for a future career in HR or talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities Responsibility #1-100% Support recruiters in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. Assist with posting requisitions. Help source and identify potential candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and internal databases. Review and screen resume to match qualified candidates to open roles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Workday. Participate in initial phone screens or candidate outreach when appropriate. Participate in Intake Sessions with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers Help to create candidate pools in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
