Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in hospitality, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Enthusiasm for sales and a strong desire to learn and develop in the field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales software

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
  • Participate in sales meetings and client presentations to learn the art of effective sales techniques
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Learn and understand the hotel's sales systems and processes
  • Embrace opportunities to learn about other areas of hotel operations
