MAJOR FUNCTION: The successful intern will provide support for Revenue Cycle projects and provide support to the department with various monthly responsibilities and deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience: Candidates should be enrolled in a Bachelors program. Ideal candidates would have a declared major in either Business, Accounting, Finance or Healthcare Administration-related field. Experience with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Outlook required. Certification/Licensure: N/A Knowledge & Skills: Strong writing skills, solid computer skills, problem-solving, decision making, teamwork, and time management. Strong customer service orientation coupled with strong interpersonal/relationship building skills and communication skills. Attention to detail. Physical Requirements: May be required to sit for long periods. May be required to stand for long periods of time to assist with scanning documents or pulling information from files.
