Summary of the Quality Assurance Internship We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Quality team at Axogen. Knowledgeable mentors will provide guidance for a dynamic, professional, hands-on experience. The intern will get a unique look into the benefits of working within a smaller biomedical company; high visibility within the company and exposure to a broad range of Quality Assurance activities. This internship is based out of our Vandalia, OH facility and will start asap.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; preferably in Biology, Medical Sciences, Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, or other related degree
  • Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week during the summer and a minimum of 25 hours per week hours a week during other semesters, during normal business hours (8-5pm); specific days/hours will be based on student’s class load
  • Ability to pass a drug screening
  • Able to work out of the Vandalia, OH office
  • Detail oriented
  • MS Office Suite skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Teams and SharePoint preferred

Responsibilities

  • The intern will be supporting Document Control, Training, and System Validation.
  • Will gain e xposure to Axogen's Quality Management System at a manufacturing site.
