Intern - Project Management - Tax Product (f/m/d)
About The Position
Your area of work: In order to support the onboarding of an external provider of a tax solution within the Tax Product Management area, we are looking for a trainee to fulfil the role of a Project Management Officer. The role of Tax Product Management is the maintenance of the tax product suite and the further development of the tax product & service suite offered to clients across a wide range of markets (incl. withholding taxes, transaction taxes, tax reporting, tax relief services etc.). In this role, the individual reports to the head of unit responsible for the Tax Product within Clearstream.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, Business, Finance or other relevant program with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
- Strong interest in the Financial Services industry.
- Strong interest in Project Management.
- Strong interest in technology deployment.
- You are a team player.
- organized and capable to handle several topics in parallel under short timeline.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Fluency in English is mandatory
Nice To Haves
- German or/and French is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate willingness to collaborate and support the Tax Prodcut team in all the activities required for the onboarding of an external provider of a tax solution.
- Coordinate tasks with internal and external stakeholders, including organizing meetings, the issuance of minutes and the maintenance of an ATBT list.
- Fill in necessary information in designated tools as part of the vendor onboarding and contract management process.
- Take an active role in the contract review process.
- Support projects during the implementation phase.
- Supporting any ad hoc tasks within the tax product management area with a key focus on organization and coordination work.
