About The Position

As a Rust-Oleum Product Management Intern, you will be responsible for providing support on specific project objectives as assigned by your manager. Our internship provides involvement in a variety of real-world projects such as Digital Marketing, Brand Development, Competitive Analysis, New Product Development / Line Extensions, and Continuous Improvement / Operations.

Responsibilities

Assist with enhancing features for ShopthePSC.com
Includes: content creation, eComm tile reviews/additions, copywriting, data management, wireframing, SEO keyword research
Assist with activities to support national brand development
Includes: brand logo and iconography development, voice creation, website design, website build, developing marketing activation plan recommendations
Draft competitive landscape to visually represent top competitors in key product categories (service levels, marketing tactics, price, other support, etc)
Analyze how we compare, room for improvement, and prove messaging for strong RO Advantage
Complete market pricing analysis
Create label redesign concepts
Draft recommendations for phased product launches on ShopthePSC.com
Support Operations teams in analysis and execution of key tasks as needed
May include: tint center operations and expansion, MTO process improvement research, and more
