We’re hiring an Intern: People Analytics and Systems to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. We are searching for a student intern to join the People Data, Compensation and HRIS team remotely. Requirements

  • Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Enjoy organizing and planning.
  • A solid understanding of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail and problem solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to R, Python, SQL or other programming language a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support analysts in planning timelines, managing workflows, and handling correspondence related to ongoing projects.
  • Learn about various data analytics tools and systems through hands-on involvement in projects and shadowing senior team members.
  • Engage with team members on multiple levels, from technical experts to senior leadership, gaining insights into the strategic role of data analytics and systems in business decisions.
