Stellar Solutions is seeking a motivated and self-starting Intern to join our team supporting NASA’s Orion Program. This position will work with the Avionics Test and Verification team performing systems and test engineering activities in support of the Artemis III and IV missions. The Intern will assist in developing and executing test procedures within high-fidelity hardware/software laboratory environments and in analyzing results to validate vehicle performance across multiple subsystems and mission phases. Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications Responsibilities Support avionics systems and test engineering activities on the Orion Program Assist in writing and maintaining test procedures and scripts Execute tests in high-fidelity HW/SW lab environments Evaluate and document test results, anomalies, and system performance Support testing of nominal, off-nominal, and edge-case scenarios Assist with verification of onboard automated sequencing, fault detection, and recovery Help track test objectives, configurations, and outcomes Prepare reports and briefings using Microsoft Office tools Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to support mission success Qualifications Currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline Coursework or experience related to systems engineering, avionics, or testing preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Compensation $28 per hour (USD) for Summer 2025 internship positions Deliverable(s) Work with the Avionics Test and Verification team to contribute to executed test procedures, documented results, and verification artifacts supporting Orion mission readiness for Artemis III and IV.
