The Office of the Customer Internship offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple customer-focused departments. Interns will collaborate with teams such as the Customer Care Center, WesPay, Customer Experience, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Branch Distribution, Retail, and other key functions within the Office of the Customer. This role provides exposure to a wide range of business operations and strategies designed to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Interns will have the chance to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during their collegiate studies to real-world projects, while also learning best practices and strategic approaches that shape a well-rounded business professional.
