Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (MBA or related field preferred)
  • Must graduate December 2026 or later
  • Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
  • Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
  • Honeywell is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position.
  • Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Knowledge of business development processes, mergers & acquisitions, or licensing.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in developing strategic plans and business models for new initiatives.
  • Support M&A and licensing projects through data gathering and preliminary analysis.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on business development goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for growth.
