Job Description: AriensCo is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our team in Brillion, WI! This hands-on role will focus on improving key manufacturing processes such as welding, laser cutting, forming, plant layouts, painting, and finishing. You’ll also play a vital part in supporting ongoing production challenges—making a real impact from day one!

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled as a student at an accredited university studying toward a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or similar OR an Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or similar
  • Must have completed the sophomore year (or equivalent for Associate program candidates) in the major program of study
  • Possess a thorough understanding of manufacturing discipline
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Hands-on problem solving
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible and accountable for on-going production support of all manufacturing processes
  • Support, recommend, and research all facets of the assigned manufacturing processes
  • Evaluate flow and update plant layouts to better facilitate flow
