Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in process improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Support design and implementation of manufacturing fixtures, tools, and equipment.
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
  • Help develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
