Scope & Responsibilities of Reconciliation of Isometric and Piping & Instrumentation Drawing line numbers for Process Safety compliance. Performs various tasks for maintenance planners and provides administrative support. Maintains inventory control system data according to policies and procedures. Scans and documents tank drawings to maintain record keeping Assists the Stockroom Superintendent in maintaining and updating system data for MMS. Provides assistance to maintenance workers when needed Ability to read pipe drawings Ability to identify and follow out process lines Verifies bill of material on fixed equipment is correct Assists in verifying heat exchanger drawings are up to fabrication standards Participates in bad actor investigations Learns to use PCMS software for equipment information Promotes QA/QC reliability program Carry out other job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor/Management. Education & Experience for Must be enrolled in an accredited higher education program with preference given to candidates with a focus in Database & Data Entry. Maintain a cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher and be available to work up to 40 hours per week consistently. Other Qualifications of Communicates effectively with peers, co-workers and supervisors and provides service to internal and external customers. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office and maintenance management system. Entering and retrieving data from our machinery maintenance system. Successfully complete all company mandated safety &/or job-related training programs deemed appropriate. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Seeing, speaking, hearing, smelling, kneeling/stooping, sitting, walk/climb, stand/reach, listen, writing, driving, physical coordination, feeling by touch, precisions work, twisting/bending, depth perception, assembling parts, keyboarding, Working in extreme heat/cold on elevated platforms with exposure to hazardous materials. Push/pull/lift/carry 50 pounds. May work overtime, holidays, weekends, scheduled time off and/or shift work as required to support refinery operations.

Requirements
