This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to turn what you’re learning in the classroom into real‑world training resources with meaningful impact. As a Instructional Design and Facilitation Intern, you’ll build practical skills in instructional design, e‑learning, and collaboration while working on projects that support people and purposes worldwide. You’ll gain valuable professional experience, mentorship from experienced leaders, and a portfolio of work that prepares you for a career in learning, development, or human resources. This internship is designed to run for up to 12 months, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
