About The Position

The HR Summer Intern will work with the Director of Learning & Development and Learning Team to develop a Mentoring Program for all of MTF Biologics. Responsibilities We need someone to help create content for our training programs and maintain training records within our Learning Management System (LMS). Additionally, we are looking for support with our Internal program, which includes Mentoring, Co-Op, and Interns. We are seeking someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as these are essential for effective collaboration and mentoring. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite is also required, as it will be necessary for creating and managing training content. Lastly, maintaining confidentiality is a must, as you will be handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
