About The Position

Kairos Power is seeking a curious and motivated Learning & Development Intern to support the design and delivery of impactful learning experiences in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. This role is ideal for a student interested in organizational development, leadership development, adult learning, or HR strategy. You will work closely with the Learning & Development and People Operations teams on real projects that directly support leaders and employees across the company. This is a hands-on internship where you will help build, test, and improve learning programs alongside experienced practitioners.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and learning in a dynamic environment.
  • Alignment with a mission-driven, high-accountability culture.
  • Demonstrated interest in how people learn and change behavior at work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with learning platforms, content creation tools, or facilitation preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, or data interpretation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and rollout of leadership and manager development programs, including programs for first-time managers.
  • Assist with creating learning content such as facilitator guides, toolkits, job aids, and microlearning resources.
  • Help organize, update, and maintain learning pathways and content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Collect and analyze learner feedback and engagement data to support continuous improvement of learning programs.
  • Contribute to performance management enablement tools, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning resources.
  • Support onboarding and culture-based learning tied to the Kairos Way and leadership competencies.
  • Research learning trends and best practices and help translate insights into practical, usable tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
