Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and working toward a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Microsoft applications troubleshooting and support experience, including Office 365 products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Ability to troubleshoot network related issues.
  • Familiarity with desktop imaging process.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for problem solving, and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to complete assignments and special projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to take direction while working under tight deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • PC Troubleshooting and Support (Windows 11) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and get hands on practical experience with Microsoft Windows 10 or 11, and Microsoft Office
  • Assist with the disposal of unneeded PC and printer equipment
  • Responsible for testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support of computer systems including but not limited to, desktops, laptops, smartphones, printers, and videoconferencing equipment and the specialized applications that run on those systems
  • Provides support for Office 365 and other applications used by the users.
  • Proactive approach to track, maintain, and manage tasks to continuously improve our existing systems and time-to-resolution for support tickets
  • Support workstations and troubleshoot peripherals including scanners, printers.
  • Assists with analyzing, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area network (LAN), wide area network(WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system
  • Position will require physical activity, including lifting computers, monitors, and printers
  • Perform other duties as required
