About The Position

Position Overview The internship role is to support basic and routine activities with the Information Technology team at Fujifilm Biotechnologies in Holly Springs. This role provides ad-hoc support to various IT sub teams in their day-to-day duties to support operational readiness. Start Date: This internship is set to begin on May 26th 2026 for an 11-week duration ending on August 7th 2026. Relocation: Please note this Internship Opportunity is designed to be 100% Onsite, 40 hours/week and a relocation/housing stipend is not provided. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Scientific Undergraduate or Master’s degree Program with a Computer Science, Information Systems or similar focus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Pharma/Biotech/Chemical Industry

Responsibilities

  • Assist local technical subteams with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Review SOPs
  • Assist project managers with schedule updates
  • Assists with ad hoc management reporting requests
  • Supports execution of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) runs through IT support tasks
  • Provides support for root cause analysis (RCA) and process deviation investigations
  • Assists with deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) closures
  • Collaborates with other departments, such as Quality, Manufacturing, MSAT, Maintenance, and Validation
  • Performs other duties, as assigned
