May function as Scrum Master for one or more workstreams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments for team, and managing dependencies with other teams. Builds project plans, including necessary deliverables and schedules. Assist in the facilitation of project scoping, ensuring that issues are raised, necessary input is obtained and project work is outlined. Assist in management of project dependencies to ensure schedule execution. Assist in risk management and appropriate mitigation strategies for projects. Leads meetings and facilitates effective communications to drive decisions and action items. Provides regular reports and project status updates to management, stakeholders and others. Utilizes appropriate metrics to help understand health of team and deliverables for the projects are met.

Requirements

  • Working towards bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or Data Science, bachelor's degree in Informatics preferred.
  • Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
  • Embraces diverse perspectives through partnerships and teamwork
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
  • Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
