About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience where the intern will gain practical, real-world exposure while supporting day-to-day operations and project-based work. The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in meaningful assignments, and develop valuable skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, take initiative, and apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges. This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities while contributing to the success of the team. Must be authorized to work in the United States. The company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization (i.e., individuals on student visas are not eligible for an internship). Payrate is based on completed number of years in college: - Completed freshman year by start of internship: $20.00 per hour - Completed sophomore year by start of internship: $21.00 per hour - Completed junior year by start of internship: $22.00 per hour

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university program
  • Pursuing a degree related to the position
  • Be classified as a minimum of an entering sophomore or above
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship
  • Must commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship

Nice To Haves

  • Field of Study: Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Focus on capital markets, asset management, corporate finance, or equities preferred
  • Knowledge & Skills: Strong interest in capital markets and equity investing
  • Understanding of valuation metrics (P/E, EV/EBITDA, FCF, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish a weekly U.S. IR market newsletter, covering: Sector performance, Peer news, U.S. macro developments relevant for equity markets, Key investor themes
  • Support development of U.S. retail investor strategy
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis of best-in-class U.S. Investor Relations teams
  • Assist in refining U.S.-tailored equity story materials and thematic deep dives
  • Proactively research and screen potential U.S. investors (PM/analyst mapping)
