About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our Investor Relations team in New York. This internship offers hands-on practical experience in sales, product specialists, and investor relations functions within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. For candidates based locally in New York, there is potential to continue in a part-time capacity during the academic year. This role requires a detail-focused, analytical, and proactive student eager to build a strong foundational understanding in client engagement, capital raising, and product strategy within the investment management industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Client Partnerships & Sales Support Assist the sales team with pipeline tracking, meeting preparation, and follow-ups Support outreach initiatives and client engagement efforts Conduct research on prospective clients and industry trends CRM & Data Management Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of client data Track investor interactions, meeting notes, and pipeline activity Generate reports and dashboards to support business development efforts Product & Investor Relations Support Work with product specialists to understand firm offerings and assist with materials preparation Support the Investor Relations team with investor communications and data requests Help prepare marketing materials, pitch decks, and client presentations Professional Development Gain exposure to the firm’s client base and product suite Develop foundational office, communication, and project management skills Participate in team meetings and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student who is a rising junior or senior (preferred)
  • Strong academic record – GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Interest in finance, asset management, sales, or business development
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Outlook calendar scheduling experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and CRM working knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities
