Internship Department Details: Department Name: Clinical Affairs Business Function: R&D Team Highlights: The Clinical Affairs team oversees global clinical studies across three sites—Arizona, San Diego, and Malaysia. This team manages all aspects of clinical research, from study planning to execution and compliance. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will gain exposure to study management processes, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional collaboration that ensures successful clinical trials. Where you come in: You will Partner with Clinical Affairs management to develop and execute clinical studies. Prepare/ Ship supplies and account for devices required for clinical studies Set-up IT equipment for studies Complete testing of electronic data capturing systems You'll assist management with departmental audits of clinical studies and procedures. You will collaborate effectively with peers and leadership across departments and can professionally interact/build relationships with FDA, IRB, and key opinion leaders. You'll execute clinical studies, including but not limited to, recruitment, consenting, screening, and conducting study visits. What makes you successful: You are knowledgeable in clinical studies.
